Frosty the wine bottle
Meet frosty the wine bottle. So Christmas is coming and I’m sure a lot of you are wine drinkers so empty them bottles and get to crafting. This snowman is perfect Christmas gift for coworkers, friends, neighbors, and so much more. Pattern details are below enjoy and happy holidays.

sk = Skip
Dc (dec )= Double crochet decrees
Mc = Magic circle
|sc = Single Crochet|
hdc = Half Double Crochet
RS = Right Side
WS = Wrong Side
FO = Finish Off
Hdc(dec) = Half double crochet decrees
Hdcfp= half double crochet front post.
Tape measure tape
Yarn- Lion brand (vannas choice in black and mustard
white spray paint
hot glue gun
|Hook- 5mm (H)|
black acrylic paint orange puffy paint.
(Notes – Everything is worked in Continuous rounds unless stated otherwise.)
Grab your wine bottle be sure to clean it out and peel off any labels. (Note you may need to let them soak in the sink.) Once your bottle is clean and label free spray paint the bottle white if you want a long-term wear be sure to scuff the surface a bit. Make sure you let it dry. Once your bottle is dry you can now start to paint the face, and buttons. Use the puffy paint to create the nose and give the 3d look.
Round 1: Magic circle 8 hdc. (8)
Round 2: 2 hdc in each st around. (16)
Round 3: working in the back loops only hdc in each st around. (16)
Round 4-12: hdc each st around. (16)
Round 13: Working in the front loops only 2 hdc in each st around. (32)
Round 14: hdc in each st around. Slst and tie off. (32)
Row 1: Dc in the 4th st from the hook, dc in the remaining ch 1 turn (48)
Row 2: dc each st across. Tie off (48)
(Add your fringe)
using your hot glue gun attach your hat to the top of your wine bottle. It should fit over kind of like a sock. Attach your scarf right below the mouth and hot glue it down to stay.
